The £69 and £149 plans are the price you pay, nothing added on top. The two bigger plans are plus VAT, which you'll be claiming back anyway. Paid by Direct Debit. First payment on your go-live date — we don't backdate.
From Solo up, every allowable expense goes through the books, your refund's claimed as soon as the year's done, VAT and the reverse charge are done properly, nothing gets missed, and on the clever stuff I work alongside your accountant rather than instead of them.

What's not included — straight answers, no arguments later
- Catch-up work. Books behind? Quoted separately as a one-off before you commit. Never lands on your Direct Debit as a surprise. Start here if you're behind.
- Extras beyond plan limits — £8/mo per extra subcontractor, £12/mo per extra employee.
- Ltd company year-end accounts and Corporation Tax. Sole traders fully covered; ltd companies, ask and we'll quote.
- HMRC penalties for things you didn't send in time. You'll be chased three times before a deadline. After that it's on you.
Two honest sentences about price
There are online accountants advertising £29 a month. By the time a VAT-registered plumber with CIS adds the VAT return, the MTD filings, the bookkeeping and the CIS returns, the same firm is charging about £150 a month across five separate line items — and you're still doing the data entry yourself.
We quote one number. We do the work. That's the whole difference.
